Over two mornings, Introductory MI Part 2 moves further into the 4 processes of an MI conversation, emphasizing working with discord, focusing the conversation, sharing information and guiding change. Combining synchronous sessions via Zoom and independent activities, learners gain both knowledge and practical skills to immediately begin to integrate an MI approach into their conversations.
